Delivery is free on every UK order.

Orders arrive in 7–14 working days. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If it's been more than 10 working days since you ordered, send us a message with your order number and we'll look into it.

Yes. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are in our refund policy.

Send us a photo through the contact form with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Yes. It's built for everyday carry, with a solid metal ring and clasp. The clasp opens so you can add or remove keys without a split ring.
