Welcome to Bezelle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use
of bezelle.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Bezelle is operated from the United Kingdom. If you have any

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's
permission, to place an order through this Site.

3. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products, including colours and
finishes, as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due
to screen settings or natural material variation.

Colourway names used on this Site (e.g. "Pepsi," "Batman," "Coke")
are descriptive nicknames used within the watch-collecting community
to refer to certain colour combinations. Bezelle is an independent
brand and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any
watch manufacturer. These names do not imply any partnership or
official association.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless
stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time,
though this won't affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full
payment card details.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order does not guarantee it will be accepted. We reserve
the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of
suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we
cancel an order after payment has been taken, you'll receive a full
refund.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout
and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not
guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns &
Refunds Policy, available separately on this Site.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and
images — is the property of Bezelle or its licensors and is
protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not
reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our permission.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any
way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with
anyone else's use of it.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bezelle is not liable for
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
use of this Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these
Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or
limited under applicable law, including liability for death or
personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK
law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take
effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after
changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of England and Wales.
